注意事项
1. 转专业工作由教务处统一组织实施，按照“公开、公平、公正、择优”的原则进行。学校根据各院系专业的教学资源等具体情况，设定各专业调整的学生名额。
2. 在校四年期间，转专业申请获批后不得再次申请；未获批准者不限制申请次数。转专业申请一经确认通过，不得再次申请。请慎重决定，申请前可咨询学长姐、系主任或家长，综合考虑后再提交。
3. 在转专业审核通过和生效前，同学仍应按照原所在专业、年级和要求修读所有课程、参加教学活动及考核。
4. 转专业安排不适于修读音乐表演专业的同学。

First round application for programme transfer is processed in this semester. For students who would like to apply for programme transfer, please observe the below-listed arrangement and timeline, login BNBU Portal https://p.bnbu.edu.cn/ to submit your application and supporting materials within the prescribed period.

Notes:
1. The programme transfer exercise is organized and implemented in accordance with the principle of "openness, fairness, justice and merit preferred". The quota for each programme is subject to the teaching resources of the concerned Department.
2. During the four years of enrollment, students whose applications to programme transfer have been approved may not apply again. Students whose applications are not approved may reapply without limitation. Once a programme-transfer application has been confirmed and approved, it may not be submitted again. Please make your decision carefully. Before applying, you are encouraged to consult senior students, your department head, or your parents, and to consider all relevant factors before submitting your application.
3. Students should follow the stipulated study sequence, i.e. take all the courses, participate in class activities and complete course assessments required by the original programme, before the effective date of a programme transfer.
4.The programme transfer exercise is not applicable to students majoring in Music Performance.

Notes:
1. The programme transfer exercise is organized and implemented in accordance with the principle of "openness, fairness, justice and merit preferred". The quota for each programme is determined and restricted based on the teaching resources of the Departments and Course Offering Units concerned.
2. Students is allowed to change his/her study programme once during the four-year study at the University. Students should have throughout consideration of your interest and academic strength, initiate discussion and reach a consensus with your parents before applying for programme transfer. Once the programme transfer result is approved by the University and accepted by student, any request for change will not be entertained.
3. Students should follow the stipulated study sequence, i.e. take all the courses, participate in class activities and complete course assessments required by the original programme, before the effective date of his/her programme transfer.
4. The programme transfer exercise is not applicable to students majoring in Musical Arts.
